- Return/Exchange of any PPE product is NOT possible.
- Sale items can be exchanged only but CAN NOT be returned/refunded.
- Exchanges / Returns will only be processed if the returned merchandise is unused / unwashed and with all original accessories i.e tags, labels & poly bag etc.
NOTE: “As per International Standards Upto 1 Inch Difference In Specs is Tolerable”

Exchange Policy:
1. What if I need to replace the product Size?
If the size you ordered doesn’t fit you, simply
- Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
- Download Return/Exchange form, fill and print.
- You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address along with Return/Exchange form.
- Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).
- You will have to pay shipping charges when we dispatch the new size to you.
* Pease note that this process may take 4-6 working days.
2. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?
If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it with other product or products, simply
- Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
- Download Return/Exchange form, fill and print.
- You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address along with Return/Exchange form.
- Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached, we will send the new products (depending on the availability).
- You will have to pay shipping charges when we dispatch the new product to you.

RETURN POLICY:
1. What if I wish to return my product?
If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get refund, simply
- Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
- Download Return/Exchange form, fill and print.
- You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address along with Return/Exchange form.
- Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached we will refund your amount.
- RETURN OF ANY PPE PRODUCT IS NOT POSSIBLE.
2. How will I get My refund?
There are two options for refund:
1. Coupon Code
You can get the refund amount by getting a coupon code equivalent to the amount you purchased. You can later on use that coupon code to buy anything from our website.
- This process may take up-to 15 working days
- Courier charges will not be refunded
- We will deduct Shipping Charges if you availed free shipping option
2. Cash Back
If you don’t want the refund via coupon code and wish to get the money back, then we can transfer you the amount via Bank transfer or Easy PaIsa.
