How will my order be delivered to me ?
Your order would be delivered via courier service at your doorstep. If it is COD, you courier will collect the money and deliver the package to you.
How long will my order take to arrive ?
Your order typically reaches your doorstep between 1-3 working days. It can take 3-5 working day in some cases.
What are your shipping charges?
Free delivery on over Rs. 2,000 across Pakistan. We charge Rs.199 for orders under Rs. 2,000.
What payment methods do you accept ?
Acceptable payment methods are:

How do i check the status of my order ?
You can track you order status in "My Account" section on our website. Your order status is also updated to you via emails. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you an email with your tracking details. Please check your inbox for the status of your order. (Check spam folder if you do not receive email from us)
Do you offer international shipping ?
We are not offering international shippings at the moment, but we will be shipping all over the world soon.
Can i cancel my order ?
If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with customer care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it. You can cancel your order before it is fulfilled using your online login details.
Do you allow exchanges ?
If you do not like anything about your order, you have the right to return the goods to us for an exchange or refund. Therefore, order with confidence. Please read our exchange policies for details.
How do i use my voucher code or gift card ?
Select the products you want to buy and add it to your cart. Paste the voucher code in the "voucher" box and click on 'ok' button to apply the voucher. Now check the final order amount!
